WHO AM I TO TEACH YOU?
I’m Kelly McIntosh, proud owner of Gingerella Rox. If you’ve been on Instagram or involved in the Australian beauty industry for the last few years, you’ve might have heard my story already...but if not, here's a quick recap!
I started in beauty with no experience - no followers, no mentor, no business background.
Fast forward 10 years, and I’ve built a thriving beauty EMPIRE, earning over $4 million in revenue with Gingerella Rox Salon and $1.2 million in just 18 months with Gingerella Rox Training Academy, training over 1300 beauty professionals worldwide in cosmetic tattoos and body sculpting.
But let me tell you—it wasn’t always this way.
Like many of you, I started with big dreams and a lot of uncertainty. What changed? First, I worked on my mindset because that’s the foundation of any successful business. I developed business plans, strategies, and formulas that gave me a six-month waitlist for appointments!
From there, I expanded to two salons with 12 staff and achieved true time freedom - traveling whenever and wherever I wanted, all while my salons continued generating huge profits every week.
Then I took things further. I became a Certified Trainer and Assessor and have since trained
over 1,300 students globally.
I’m not sharing this to brag but to show you what’s possible. I’m just a normal girl from the council estates of Scotland (extremely proud of that) who turned no experience into a multi-million-dollar beauty empire.
